Firestone Complete Auto Care

First of all, welcome to Fire Stone. Secondly, my wife brought the car to them, and they took a lot of time to check it, knowing that it does not need this time. I checked the car in advance and brought the code so that I would not spend much. I told the group this is the breakdown in order to save time. They told me that we want to check the car, so we said no problem and paid the money. I called them for the time and told them that you take a lot of time, three hours for the inspection. Wow, and they asked me for an expensive price, and they treated my women inappropriately. It's a defect. I hope from the administration to look at this matter. This is the last time we have with you, Fire Stone. I show my respect to the administration.

My experience was very stressful regarding the issues my car had. However, Danny was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. In order to ensure I fully understood the issues my car had and the path we needed to take to resolve it, he reached out to me constantly to ensure I was kept in the loop about everything. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend working with Danny.

SCAMERS — please avoid this location. My parents took their 2019 Honda Accord here because multiple dashboard warning lights were showing. They charged us over $3,000–$3,500 for diagnostics, ignition coils, spark plugs, and other engine-related repairs. The car was returned to us the same day within about 6 hours, and within just a few days the exact same dashboard warning lights came back again. Now they are telling us they need to check the car again to find out what’s wrong. If that’s the case, then what exactly did they check the first time before charging us thousands of dollars? When we went back expecting them to honor their warranty and properly fix the issue, the manager was extremely rude and even said he would kick us out of the shop when we mentioned legal action. After paying thousands of dollars, customers deserve a proper diagnosis and repair — not the same problem returning immediately and being told the car needs to be checked again from the beginning. We are escalating this to corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and legal action if necessary. I strongly recommend people do NOT bring their vehicle here. Please get a second opinion before agreeing to expens

Caught a nail on my way to the shore and came here because I carry FS Destination tires. Service writer was straight foward with pricing and duration. I told him I was in a rush and Im very pleased i wasnt here for 2 hours for a flat repair. Im definitely coming back thanks guys ! Also they gave me a discount because the final price was way lower than the actual quote. Maybe it’s because I had FS tires on 😃 5 stars ⭐️

I had an emergency while traveling and the crew at the Firestone in Edison went well above what was expected to resolve it quickly and get me back on the road! Big props to Adam, Danny, Joe, Andrew and Nate for taking the time and care to find the correct part and install it. Much appreciated! We need more customer service oriented people like these guys!
